This new $100 million mixed-use project will feature 99 residences of ultra-luxury "high-urban" living in downtown Sarasota. The building will be located at the corner of Ringling Boulevard and Palm Avenue just steps from fabulous shopping, art galleries and restaurants.
Construction is set to break ground in October. The 10 story building will offer 17 different floor plans with views of the Bay and downtown.
