Sanderling Club Properties
This exclusive neighborhood is Siesta Key's only gated single family home community and is located just south of the Stickney Point Bridge. It is home to some of the most spectacular beach front properties in Sarasota.
All home owners must be members of the Sanderling Club. There is a $20,000 initiation fee. Amenities of the Club include:
- Deeded beach access
- Private gulf-front cabanas
- Private marina with boat slips
- Har-Tru tennis courts
- 24 hour security
The cabanas and Beach Club were designed by noted architect Paul Rudolph. Numerous structures within the community are on the National Register of Historic places.
