Southpointe Shores
This wonderful waterfront neighborhood located in south Sarasota and west of US 41. The community features canal front, bayfront,and interior properties. Most of the homes in Southpointe Shores were originally built in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Many of the older, ranch style homes have been extensively remodeled or completely replaced with new structures. Interior home owners have access to the water at the waterfront neighborhood park and boat launch.
