Time2Buy Campaign Reveals Tremendous Opportunities in Sarasota Real Estate
This month, the Sarasota Association of Realtors will launch the Time2Buy campaign, designed to reveal the opportunities currently available in the Sarasota area real estate market. The campaign will included television and radio ads, billboards, newspaper advertisements, press releases as well as a wide assortment of other content.
The campaign will focus on information that has not been reported in the mainstream media:
- Sarasota's strong economy with very low unemployment and solid financial statistics.
- Mortgage rates are at historically low levels.
- A good selection of high quality inventory of condos and homes.
- Pending sales have stabilized.
- Tens of thousands of Baby Boomers will be added top the area over the next 25 years.
- Real estate is a positive, appreciating investment over the long term.
In addition, the campaign will promote the message that Sarasota real estate has always been a good investment and that will continue in the future because of Sarasota's wonderful climate, beaches, culture activities, great schools, low crime, wonderful neighborhoods and business opportunities.

What a great idea! I think it's a shame that the media has been creating this near panic with the general public over the economy in general and real estate in particular. I think your campaign is going to have huge success. I keep reiterating many of the points you made. People will always need houses. And of course with Baby Boomers retiring by the thousands and looking for retirement homes the market is bound to take off. Investors are increasingly savvy about the in's and outs of the market.
I work from California but from your blog, our situations are similar. I did experience a slow down since early fall. I started searching around for marketing applications. I found one that has increased my sales by over 60% and have really jumped on their bandwagon.
