The Sarasota Association of Realtors received a letter from the counsel for Assist-2-Sell in Nevada claiming that the SAR Time2Buy slogo infringes their trademark rights. The SAR strongly believes that it has not infringed on any trademark rights with the slogo.

The Sarasota Association of Realtors plans to keep using the slogo in their campaign to educate consumers about the current opportunities in the Sarsaota real estate market.
