We just released a new page on our site that covers some of the most requested data on the Sarasota Florida real estate market. Our data is for Sarasota County only and does not include any listings in the Sarasota MLS database that are located in Manatee County. Statistics include: inventory levels for homes and condos, median sales price, average sales prices and sales price vs. listings prices.

This page is in response to requests we have gotten from both consumers and media. Feel free to reference this data. This page is UPDATED DAILY.
