Judi Kerzner brings over 20 years of sales experience to Allen Real Estate Services. She specializes in residential and international real estate and has enjoyed traveling internationally for business throughout her career.
Judi has worked in sales and marketing for over 25 years before making the transition to real estate. With a degree in fine arts and extensive experience in the New York textile industry, Judi brings a detailed and creative eye to the real estate process. In addition, she has been involved in the development of new business ventures for nonprofit organizations throughout her life.
With expertise in strategic development and enhancement of new and existing accounts, Ms. Kerzner has always had the unique ability to align client objectives with industry trends, always while offering a personal and caring touch. Judi has been a realtor for about 14 years and a full time resident of Sarasota for 18 years. She moved to the sun-kissed city of Sarasota about 30 years ago for the first time after tiring of the biting, northern winters. Judi has built lasting community ties and has enjoed her volunteer work with the Sarasota Ballet and the Designing Women Boutique program, a non-profit organization.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, she raised two terrific sons and today also enjoys two great daughters-in-law as well as five fabulous grandchildren. Her greatest joys include family, cooking, fashion, entertaining, painting, and attending ballet and theater. Judi is a licensed Florida Realtor and member of The Sarasota Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Judi is dedicated to customer service. She always takes the time to learn about her customers’ needs, tastes and circumstances.
