Steve Wooster

Steve Wooster has been a Sarasota resident since 1997, he was born in Concord Massachusetts and raised in the small farm town of Stow, known for Apple Orchards and Golf Courses. He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and attended Daytona, FL and Prescott, AZ campuses.

Steve has a passion for Sustainable Homes and Mid Century Modern Architecture (Sarasota School of Architecture). He finds a poetry in the blending of functionality with clean simple lines that let light in as much as it invites the occupants out, and he believes strongly in making homes as “off the grid”, healthy and having the lowest impact on the planet as possible. He says this is the culmination of the best of all that could be accomplished in human housing. To this end Steve was; the Founding Chairman of the "Green Realtors Alliance of Sarasota” and a Subject Matter Expert on the National Association of Realtor's "Green Designation" Course Development Panel, and currently is the National Director of the "Green Real Estate Alliance" spearheading on a volunteer basis the expansion of “Green” committees across the state and nation.

His success in Real Estate has revolved around South Sarasota, the Palmer Ranch Area and Siesta Key where he has been a top selling agent in many communities year after year. Steve has been awarded Sarasota Magazine’s Five Star “Best In Client Satisfaction” and Wave Magazine’s “Top 3 Area Realtors” by Reader Vote. He embraces diversity, treats everyone with respect and always goes the extra mile to ensure a positive outcome.

If you are ready to buy – Steve is here to help make your dream home a reality.
